Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. They scan the QR code with their normal phone camera and a simple web page opens. No app and no account.
How do I get notified about new reports?
Turn on alerts in Account settings to get push notifications on your phone or computer. Reports can also be emailed to you. On iPhone, add UnitCare to your Home Screen first, then turn on alerts.
Can I print the QR code?
Yes. Every property has a print-ready poster with the QR code and step-by-step instructions for tenants.
Who can see the photos tenants upload?
Only you. Photos are stored privately and are only shown to the landlord account that owns the property.
What happens if I go over the free limit?
You can keep using your first 5 units for free. Upgrade to Pro any time to add more units and unlock analytics.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from Account settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Account settings → Delete account removes your account, properties, reports and photos permanently.
